What brought you to Resilient Women’s Organization?
I have struggled to get the little education I have as we had no money for school fees. I had to drop out of school in year 8 and got pregnant shortly after with a baby boy. He is 10 months old now. A friend mentioned an organisation that teaches girls how to make bags and hairdressing for free, so I ran and joined the classes. I would love to learn more.
What is your favourite craft or skill that you learn with Resilient Women?
I love making bags and crafts. I also love cooking and hairdressing.
What goals do you have for your future?
My dream is to run my own business so I have money for my son and I to live.
If you got a sponsor, what would you do with their support in order to achieve these goals?
With help I would like to keep learning and making more crafts. A sponsor would help me afford materials so that I can learn more.
